I went to the Deviant Meet in Toronto. It wasn't much, mostly a large get-get together with fellow artists. But it was great just by virtue of the people who were there. So those of you around the world who have an opportunity to go to a devmeet do go.

So apparently, the US doesn't have a Secretary of the Arts.

"Quincy Jones has started a petition to ask President-Elect Obama to appoint a Secretary of the Arts. While many other countries have had Ministers of Art or Culture for centuries, The United States has never created such a position. We in the arts need this, and the country needs the arts -- now more than ever. Please take a moment to sign this important petition and then pass it on to your friends and colleagues."

The freaky thing is that most of the songs picked work as answers, if not the title, then the lyrics. The only ones that didn't make sense were 22-26. Muddy at best, but strange that they were consecutive.

If I learned one thing from this, it's that I have too much Queen on my computer.
